Funky Grey & Plum Upcycled Jumper Dress.
A warm, lambswool grey jumper, and a wacky maroon and grey jumper has been transformed by upcycling, into a stunning jumper dress. The skirt flares magnificently thanks to the inserts, and so is generous over the hips. Two patch pockets sit on the skirt, which is chequered on the front, and stripy from behind. The lovely neckline and sleeves are made with pieces from both recycled jumpers.
One of a kind, made from locally sourced, recycled wool knitwear.
Ethical fashion at it’s best.
Measure 38″ across bust, 97 cm
Length: 30″ 76cm
It is an original, one off, Woolly Pedlar design, and you will never find anyone else wearing the same. It is upcycled from recycled knitwear. Textile waste is a huge problem, and by buying upcycled clothing, you are helping to reduce the amount of clothing that either gets shipped abroad or ends up in landfill.
This dress has been handmade by me, up in the woolly garret in rural Northumberland.
All recycled clothing is washed prior to the design stage.
Wash this garment by hand, or if you must machine wash, then use the wool cycle. Do not tumble dry.
