Upcycled, wool poncho with round neck.  Handmade from locally sourced, recycled wool knitwear in beautiful pastel shades of cream, grey and beige.

Adult Medium size – fits from size 10 to 18.

This is an original Woolly Pedlar design, made from squares cut from locally sourced, recycled wool knitwear. Upcycling means to use waste and turn it into something better, which is what I’m doing here, reusing and recycling! All jumpers have a high wool content, which includes cashmere and lambswool have been chosen for their colour and texture.
Working from the woolly garret at hone in rural West Northumberland, each design is handmade, unique and as made from recycled knitwear, there will never be another the same.
I make these ponchos by firstly washing all recycled knitwear, then designing colourways, before cutting the jumpers into squares and sewing with an industrial overlocker with seams showing for added texture and contrast.
I also make diddy little ponchos for children, so head to the kids and babies section of the shop to find those.
